The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of scheduling, staffing, healthcare coordination, or administrative experience a bonus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Experience with interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management.
• ABA or healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
