Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Part-Time Staffing Coordinator to staff our ABA therapy cases with heart-driven professionals. This remote role offers a flexible schedule (15–25 hours/week) and compensation of $25 hourly.

You will post job listings, source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with the CEO for second-round interviews, while ensuring smooth onboarding and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

Experience in staffing, HR coordination, or recruiting, preferably in healthcare or service-based settings.
Hands-on experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or hiring platforms.
Scheduling across multiple calendars.
Understanding confidentiality in hiring processes.

Responsibilities

Review new cases and identify open staffing needs.
Post job listings on platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter.
Source and screen top candidates based on location, experience and availability.
Conduct initial interviews using provided scripts.
Schedule second-round interviews with the CEO.
Maintain records of applicants and outcomes.
Collaborate with onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
