Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• Licensed or in-training LPC-IT, MFT-TL, or APSW equivalent for state practice.
• Understanding of therapeutic intervention and human development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patient needs.
• Assess patients to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Provide counseling using evidence-based techniques in sessions and milieu.
• Educate patients about mental health, self-care, and treatment options.
• Document patient progress and maintain timely records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to optimize outcomes.
