Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Two years of healthcare experience and two years in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Full, independent licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent) in Wisconsin.
• Substance use credentialing (SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC) if required in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete documentation and progress notes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Adhere to Joint Commission, state regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Ensure patient safety and participate in clinical initiatives.
