Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. is opening a new PHP/IOP outpatient clinic in Fall 2026 in Virginia.

The licensed therapist will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide CBT/DBT and family therapy, developing treatment plans and coordinating care across inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services. The role emphasizes direct patient care, documentation, compliance with Joint Commission and state regulations, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• Must be in-training for LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent where practicing.
• Wisconsin SAC credentialing if working in a program requiring credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patient goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with the treatment team.
• Provide counseling using evidence-based approaches within clinical settings.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely completion of all records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations.
