Job summary

RogersBH in Iowa City is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a new outpatient clinic opening Fall 2026. You will assess, plan, implement, and document care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field, and licensure in training (LPC-IT) or equivalent, with knowledge across ages and conditions. Compliance and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program with healthcare/psychiatric experience.
• In-training LPC-IT or equivalent licensure in state of practice.
• Substance use credentialing may be required (SAC-IT, SAC or CSAC) in Wisconsin.
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for all age groups and behavioral dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patients' needs.
• Assess patients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and guide clinical interventions.
• Document patient progress and maintain required records promptly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Uphold ethical guidelines, patient confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and regulatory compliance.
