Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• At minimum, in-training LPC-IT/MFT-TL/APSW or equivalent.
• If working in a program requiring substance use credentialing, SAC-IT/SAC/CSAC in state hired is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs to identify concerns and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and facilitate team meetings.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based therapies.
• Educate patients about mental health and treatment options.
