Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field; preferred health care/psychiatric setting.
• Licensure or in-training status as LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent in state.
• If credentialing required, SAC-IT/SAC/CSAC in Wisconsin; applicable credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and maintain records with required timelines.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
