Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health seeks a Clinic Support Coordinator for our new PHP/IOP (Outpatient) clinic opening Fall 2026 in New Jersey. This role handles reception, patient intake, scheduling, and coordination with multiple disciplines to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities include patient check-in/out, maintaining medical records, coordinating with the treatment team, and supporting patients and staff with inquiries while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; Cerner EHR experience preferred.
• Previous office/medical/psychiatric setting experience preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days; annual recertification.
• Crisis prevention and intervention training required within 60 days; annual recertification.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and be the first/last contact daily.
• Answer calls and provide Rogers program information to callers.
• Register and schedule patients; verify insurance guarantor information.
• Manage daily check-in/check-out of patients and report data.
• Verify patient identity, demographics, and insurance; obtain/update forms.
