Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Webster City, IA is seeking a licensed therapist to coordinate direct social services and deliver evidence-based therapies to patients in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, or intensive outpatient settings.

You will train and supervise junior therapists, work with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and state regulations while fostering patient safety and recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
• Full, independent licensure as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities (CBT/DBT) and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques.
• Document progress and coordinate with treatment team.
