The role requires licensure and collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers. You will supervise and mentor interns and less experienced staff while maintaining documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with licensure in state practicing (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent).
• Experience in health care and psychiatric settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies (CBT/DBT) and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary treatment team to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide supervision and training to less experienced staff and interns.
