Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• Licensure or in-training in the state (e.g., LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent).
• Experience in health care and in psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and identify goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and guide their implementation.
