Qualifications

• Requires Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensure or credentialing as LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent in state of practice.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patient needs and goals.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify mental health concerns and strengths.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate with the treatment team.
• Provide counseling using evidence-based approaches and assist with in-session coping strategies.
• Educate patients about mental health, substance use, and aftercare options.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment plans.
