Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Two years of healthcare and psychiatric experience.
• Full, independent licensure in Wisconsin (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate with the care team.
• Provide counseling using evidence-based therapies and support patient well-being.
• Document patient progress and complete required records on schedule.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
