Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Therapist to support patients in our PHP/IOP programs. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services interventions for patients and their support systems, using CBT, DBT, or family therapy to aid stabilization and recovery.

The role emphasizes a safe, supportive environment, collaboration with psychiatrists and case managers, and meticulous documentation of progress while pursuing ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensed or in-training licensure as LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent.
• Experience in health care and psychiatric settings preferred.
• On-the-job training compliance with RCC/CBRF requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate team meetings.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques.
• Educate patients about their condition, self-care, and treatment options.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and systemwide improvement initiatives.
