Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individualized, group, and family therapy in our PHP/IOP settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and implement evidence-based interventions, supporting patients’ goals and recovery.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work or equivalent, LPC-IT or APSW credentials, and experience in psychiatric care. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with health care and psychiatric setting experience.
• Licensure as LPC-IT or comparable credential in state where employed.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams and clinical program operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients’ needs and strengths to guide treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and support within sessions and milieu.
• Document patient progress and maintain required records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
