Job summary

NFS is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) to assist in delivering in-home therapy under supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will help implement treatment plans and work with families to meet goals for behavioral needs and family support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a car.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Laptop/ CPS and high-speed internet access required for FFS positions.
• High-speed internet access required for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinician’s treatment plan implementation.
• Work with clients and family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals and functioning at home and in the community.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

• Fee-for-Service: $25 to $40 per hour
