NFS is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) to help families at home under a licensed Clinician. You will implement the treatment plan and support clients and caregivers to reach therapy goals and improve daily functioning.

We offer a 4- or 5-day work week, with a full-time salary of $42,000–$52,000 and an incentive rate of $40 per hour over productivity, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a car are required.
• Access to secured high-speed internet is required.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required

• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car

• Access to secured high speed internet required.
