Northeast Family Services in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) to help implement treatment plans under supervision, support clients and their families, and foster in-home therapy goals to boost functioning at home and in the community.

This role offers a 4- or 5-day work week, competitive pay with full-time salary and incentive opportunities, and a supportive team focused on growth and licensure supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required


• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)


• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car


• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation

• Full-time Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 Incentive Rate: $40 / hour over productivity!


• Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
