Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) in Massachusetts to support in-home therapy plans and work with families to reach treatment goals. You will operate under a licensed Clinician and help clients achieve better functioning at home and in the community.

The role offers a 4- or 5-day work week, Summer Fun Fridays with 12:30 pm close on Fridays, and competitive pay with higher rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Experience working with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Valid driver's license with reliable access to a car.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Access to a laptop, CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions.
• High-speed internet access required for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan under supervision.
• Work with clients and family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals.
• Help clients function better at home and in the community.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers' ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field: Required


• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)


• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a car

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $25 to $40 per hour
