Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker to assist in-home therapy under a licensed clinician. You’ll help implement treatment plans and collaborate with families to reach behavioral goals, supporting clients in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field required.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a car.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required


• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)


• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car


• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation

• Full-time Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 Incentive Rate: $40 / hour over productivity!


• Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
