Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks a Bilingual Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) to assist in-home therapy under supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will help implement treatment plans and work with clients and families to achieve therapy goals.

The role offers generous pay with new higher rates, a supportive team, and a flexible 4- or 5-day work week. Must be bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) with a valid driver’s license and access to a car in Lowell, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a car; must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to laptop/CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinician’s treatment plan implementation.
• Work with clients and family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals.
• Help improve family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients’ functioning at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions

Compensation

• Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
