Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) to assist under a licensed Clinician. You’ll implement treatment plans, work with clients and families to reach in-home therapy goals, and help improve home and community functioning.

The role offers full-time or FFS hours, with opportunities for bilingual applicants. Competitive pay and supportive team culture are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a car.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car

• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $25 to $40 per hour
• Full-Time: Salary $42,000 to $52,000
• Incentive Rate $40/hour over productivity
