Job summary

NFS in Brockton, MA is hiring a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) to assist clinicians in implementing treatment plans and to support families in achieving in-home therapy goals. You will work with clients and caregivers to improve functioning at home and in the community.

Qualifications

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation

• Full-time Salary: $42,000 - $52,000
  Incentive Rate: $40 / hour over productivity!
• Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
