Job summary

Sunarch LLC seeks an educator to deliver standards-aligned instruction in Math, Science, History, and English while maintaining a structured classroom environment. The role includes supervision in a psychiatric setting, observing patient activities, and supporting individualized care plans to minimize safety risks.

The incumbent will implement curricula, differentiate instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance student outcomes and program quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Implementation & Activity Design: Plan and deliver instruction using accredited online curriculum; design engaging activities; adapt materials for diverse learning needs; use multimedia and interactive tools.
• Differentiated Instruction: Provide one-to-one or small group instruction; adjust content, pacing, and strategies based on data.
• Student Support & Progress Monitoring: Provide feedback; monitor engagement in virtual environment; document progress; use data to inform decisions.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with teachers, therapists, support staff, and administrators; participate in meetings and PD.
• Communication: Maintain updates with students and school staff; respond timely to inquiries.
• Medical Records and Confidential Communication: Maintain confidentiality; accurate records with signatures; avoid unauthorized access.
