Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in the United States seeks a field-based sales professional to drive performance across assigned territories in OH. You will manage calls, develop plans, and build durable relationships with providers, pharmacists, and nurses to meet brand objectives.

Strong presentation skills and industry familiarity are essential. You will differentiate AbbVie’s value, coordinate with district teams, and support market access with strategic thinking and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health, sciences, pharmacy or business preferred.
• Five years of relevant industry experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Proven track record in selling with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to influence others and build credible relationships.
• Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements for assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets.
• Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations.
• Build trusted customer relationships and close calls successfully.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence to align brand strategy with field realities.
