Job summary

Regal in Gambrills, MD is seeking theater team members to staff Box Office, Concession Stand, or Usher roles. Flexible schedules include variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly positions focused on guest service and theater operations.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, upselling premium experiences, maintaining cleanliness, enforcing MPAA ratings, and assisting guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Cast certification program completion required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office and POS transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote and enforce MPAA ratings and store policies.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and theater facilities.
• Assist guests and direct them to theatres and seats.
