Job summary

Regal is hiring for part-time Floor Staff - Theatre roles in the United States. Positions include Box Office, Concession, and Usher, with morning and night shifts and hours typically from 7 AM to 2 AM, subject to film schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent guest service and handle transactions accurately.
• Comfort with upselling Premium Viewing experiences and memberships.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office with cash, card, passes and coupons; ensure accuracy.
• Operate Concession POS, manage stock, stock control and ensure food safety compliance.
• Tear tickets, guide patrons to seats, enforce MPAA ratings and maintain theatre cleanliness.
