Cinemark is seeking a Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience, handle transactions on assigned registers, verify tickets, and provide accurate theatre information. Flexible roles may include Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, operating food equipment, and upholding safety and health standards. The role requires reliable attendance, a friendly attitude, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Requires basic food handling training and any local/state certification where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent guest service.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Able to follow directions and show urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to their auditorium.
• Ensure tickets are sold per MPAA ratings, policy, and guidelines.
• Provide pricing, movie and event information to Guests.
• Respond to Guest inquiries professionally.
• Conduct theatre inspections for presentation quality and safety.
• Keep theatre areas clean and stocked.
• Prepare food and operate cooking and warming equipment.
• Sanitize high-contact areas regularly.
• Comply with local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Monitor safety and security, report issues to management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
