Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theatre Team Members to deliver a heroic guest experience. You’ll greet Guests, operate POS, verify tickets, and share movie information while keeping the theatre clean and safe.

Roles may include Usher, Box Office or Concession duties depending on staffing needs. Requirements include being at least 16, able to obtain local food handling certification, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certification where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with all ages, genders and personalities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and guides Guests to their auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie and event information; answers phone calls professionally.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety; conducts inspections and monitors sound quality.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment as needed.
• Assists with opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
