Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide information on pricing, events, and promos.
• Respond to Guest questions with courtesy and accuracy.
• Maintain clean and safe theatre environment and assist with opening/closing duties.
