Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theatre Team Members to warmly welcome guests and ensure a heroic movie experience. You will assist with ticketing, answer questions, operate the POS system, and help keep the theater clean and safe throughout shifts.

We value energetic, friendly individuals who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with basic food handling training where required. No prior theater experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic food handling training or certification where required.
• Able to communicate with guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Maintains clean and safe theatre environment and handles opening/closing duties.
