Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming theatre experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, handle tickets, and operate the POS system with accuracy. You may serve as an usher, box office or concessionist depending on staffing needs.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, provide excellent guest service, and can work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training in food safety and cash handling is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Able to work in a fast-paced theatre environment and follow directions.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct guests to the auditorium.
• Provide pricing and theatre information; support events and promotions.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain a clean theatre environment.
