Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Theatre Team Members to welcome Guests and ensure a heroic guest experience. You will operate the POS system, verify tickets, provide theatre information, and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.

Join the team to deliver outstanding service, work with a cross-functional crew including Usher, Box Office, or Concession roles, and stay energetic and friendly during shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training and any local certifications as required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Excellent Guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to their auditorium.
• Provide information about pricing, movies, events and promotions.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety across lobby, aisles, restrooms and auditoriums.
