Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and maintains a friendly attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to converse in English.
• Work well in a team environment and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditorium.
• Provide information on pricing, movies, events and promotions.
• Respond to guest questions with quality customer service.
• Help maintain a safe, clean theatre environment and assist with opening/closing duties.
