Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding Guest service across multiple theatre positions including Usher, Box Office and Concession. You will greet Guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, provide movie information, and help keep lobbies, auditoriums and restrooms clean.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Position emphasizes teamwork, accurate cash handling, and a responsive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent Guest service.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a friendly, timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for all transactions at the register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie info and event details.
• Respond to Guest questions with professional service.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety in all areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
