Cinemark is seeking a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience, operate the box office and concessions, and support theatre operations. You will answer questions, manage tickets, and help ensure a safe, clean environment for guests.

The role involves standing for long periods, potential evenings and weekend shifts, and collaboration with team members across roles to deliver a top-tier movie-going experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 16+ years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state required certifications or permits.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests of all ages.
• Team-oriented and able to take direction.
• Cash handling and basic math skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark's POS system for all transactions on your register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to seating.
• Sell tickets in accordance with MPAA ratings and theater policies.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and event details to Guests.
• Respond to Guest questions with professional service.
• Help maintain safety, security, and cleanliness in auditoriums.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
