Cinemark is seeking a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience. You will assist with ticketing, concessions, and information, while ensuring safety and cleanliness across the theatre.

You may perform cross-functional roles as needed, including Usher, Box Office, or Concession tasks. The role emphasizes guest service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and communication in English.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Frequent standing and light lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and policies.
• Provides pricing, movie information and special events details.
• Responds to guest questions with professional customer service.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety in all areas.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
