Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Theatre Team Member to greet Guests, manage the POS, verify tickets, and share cinema information. You’ll work across roles as needed and help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly theatre environment.

Ideal candidates are 16+, with basic food handling training, strong English communication, and cash handling accuracy. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and demonstrates teamwork.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and details on events or promotions.
• Responds to phone calls and Guest questions with quality service.
• Monitors theatre quality and safety, maintains presentation standards.
• Keeps theatre areas clean and safe; assists with opening/closing duties.
• Supports cross-functional needs as Usher, Box Office or Concession as required.
