Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming environment for Guests.

You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and promotions, ensuring a heroic guest experience across Usher, Box Office or Concession roles as needed. The position involves greeting Guests, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, providing information, and maintaining clean, safe theatre spaces.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Operate the POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Explain pricing, movie info, and special events to Guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety around the theatre.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and policies
• Provides pricing, movie, events, and theatre information
• Responds to phone calls and questions in a professional manner
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety throughout facility
• Assists with opening/closing duties as assigned
• Performs other duties as needed
