Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming movie-going experience. You will greet guests, assist with tickets, concessions, and general theatre information, and help ensure a safe, clean environment.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong guest service, able to operate the POS system, handle cash, and work well in a team. Shift flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service and communicate clearly in English.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
• Willingness to operate POS and handle cash with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and details on events and promotions.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a courteous manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety in all areas of the facility.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment as needed.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
