Cinemark Theatre Team Member is a frontline role focused on guest service, ticketing, concessions, and theater maintenance. Team Members may serve as Usher, Box Office or Concessionist based on staffing needs, ensuring a heroic guest experience.

Role requires standing, cash handling, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong English communication. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within Cinemark.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Able to effectively communicate in English with guests.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Take and follow directions.
• Respond with a sense of urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests promptly and professionally.
• Operates Cinemark POS system and handles transactions.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to seats.
• Provides pricing, showtimes and event information.
• Maintains cleanliness of theatre areas.
• Supports opening and closing duties as needed.
