Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a friendly Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience. You will assist with ticketing, concessions and information while maintaining a safe, clean theater environment across multiple areas.

Role involves operating the POS system, answering questions, guiding guests to theaters, and supporting opening and closing duties as needed. This position supports both hourly and salaried teams and offers various benefits.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly, accurate guest service and information.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced theater environment and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information and special events to guests.
• Responds to guest questions with professional customer service.
• Maintains theater cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
• Assists with opening/closing duties and cross-functional roles as needed.
