Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for transactions on the register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to the auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and general theatre information.
• Respond to Guests' questions with professional customer service.
• Keep theatre areas clean and safe; perform opening/closing duties as needed.
• Assist with concessions and food preparation; follow safety laws.
