Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service and support operations across box office, concessions and usher duties.

You will greet guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, provide show information, and help maintain a clean and safe theatre environment. Role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 16; training in basic food handling may be required depending on role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state food handler permit requirements.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance expected.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Ability to communicate with guests of all ages, genders and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to their auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie and events information; answer questions from Guests.
• Maintain clean theatre environment including lobby, restrooms and auditoriums.
• Prepare food and operate cooking/ warming equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
