Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and promotions while performing essential duties across box office, concessions, and usher roles as needed.

You will support opening and closing tasks, maintain safety standards, and help deliver a heroic guest experience during your shift. Prioritize English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre details.
• Maintains a clean, safe theatre environment and handles basic food preparation.
