Megaplex invites you to join as a Team Lead where you’ll supervise guest service, train staff, and support operations across our theaters. You’ll ensure the team is staffed, energized, and ready to deliver a memorable experience, guiding show operations and events with a focus on safety and hospitality.

Hours can be long, including evenings and holidays; the role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments while keeping

Formación

• Experience in theatre management or guest service.
• Exceptional guest service, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication & organization skills.
• Working knowledge of AV equipment and POS systems.
• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Passion for teaching and developing your team.
• Ability to handle high levels of stress (fast-paced environment).
• Physical stamina (walking, standing, twisting).
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Being the face of Megaplex, always ready to deliver quality guest service.
• Helping with all the action in the Megaplex.
• Keeping things clean and safe for everyone.
• Making sure our inventory is on point.
• Tackling projection issues that come up.
• Ensuring our building and public areas sparkle.
• Leading and developing our awesome team.
• And other duties as assigned!
