Job summary

AMC Entertainment in Owasso seeks a Supervisor to guide daily theatre operations and crew performance, ensuring smooth guest experiences. You’ll coach staff, manage floor coverage, and uphold company standards with energy and accountability.

You’ll lead by example, communicate with care, and create a welcoming environment for guests and crew, while supporting opening/closing tasks and cash-handling processes in a fast-paced cinema setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks as needed.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and manage crew placement according to business needs.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and access for vendors during off-hours.
• Count and reconcile cash, deposits, and related forms; maintain cash-handling accuracy.
• Support inventory and crew scheduling; escalate to management when needed.
• Troubleshoot system issues by opening tickets and following up on resolutions.
• Handle guest concerns and AMC Stubs or refund-related issues.
• Lead daily operations and administrative tasks to keep schedules on track.
• Uphold AMC’s policies, values, and appearance standards; foster a respectful environment.
