AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to guide theatre crews for smooth daily operations and outstanding guest experiences. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

The role emphasizes leadership, flexibility, and a passion for movies in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be responsible for coordinating responsibilities, managing opening/closing tasks, and ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
• Willing to complete training and certifications provided by AMC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and vendor access during off-hours.
• Assist with floor operations and crew placement.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Support inventory and crew scheduling with management oversight.
• Troubleshoot system issues and log support tickets.
• Resolve guest concerns and AMC Stubs/refund issues.
• Perform daily operational and administrative tasks to keep on schedule.
