Job summary

Regmovies is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Martin Village Stadium 16 & IMAX in Lacey, WA. This part-time, on-site role focuses on operating and supervising theatre staff, managing showtimes, and upholding policies while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will train and coach employees, handle daily cash and reports, and ensure safety and maintenance of projection and AV systems. Prior supervisory exposure and attendance at management training are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to supervise staff and complete Cast Certification Program if required.
• Alcohol service may require state/local certification and training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise theatre staff to ensure smooth show operations.
• Train, coach, and schedule non-management employees.
• Perform staff roles as needed and ensure adherence to policies.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and handle maintenance basics.
• Monitor safety, loss prevention, and report accidents per policy.
• Count and reconcile daily receipts; handle cash and payments accurately.
• Supervise theatre maintenance and coordinate with facilities for repairs.
• Plan showtimes, market film engagements, and communicate schedules to channels.
